Return of old/damaged turbocharger

When you are ready to send your old/damaged turbocharger, send it to:

Old/damaged turbocharger must be returned within 21 days of sale. The turbocharger must be in perfect working order and if it has an electronic controller, the plug must not be damaged. We do not cover shipping costs for the old unit. Shipping costs for the old turbocharger are covered by the buyer.

Returns

Goods can be returned in person or by courier.
You can return the product purchased from us within 30 days without giving a reason.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for items not returned within 30 days of delivery
All returned goods must be in resalable condition, i.e. undamaged, in original and undamaged packaging, complete with all accessories included.
Goods must be returned with the original receipt/invoice and in the condition in which they were purchased.

Warranty

All our turbochargers are covered by a 24-month unlimited mileage warranty.

The warranty does not cover:
– salary costs
– refunds
– additional costs such as disassembly and reassembly/car rental etc.
– any damage to the engine or vehicle caused by a damaged turbocharger.
